Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create instructional material (with the help of Engineering and Production) for production employees.
  • Review and revise instructional material for production employees.
  • Create materials/graphics to be used for internal and external communications
  • Handle incoming inquiries via the Marketing portal and Info email box
  • Assist with update of user manuals.
  • Assist with the coordination of trade shows and internal Sales Training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree with a focus on liberal arts/communications or 2+ years’ experience in technical writing/graphic design in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Collection required.
