SALARY: DOE

POSITION STATUS: REGULAR FULL-TIME, FLSA NON-EXEMPT

HOURS PER WEEK: 40

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Assists management with all F&B operations. Back of the house experience preferred but not required. Opening and closing the restaurant. Assisting with banquets and special events. Menu creation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye.

• Must have a working knowledge of the menu and specials, including pricing structure.

• Ensures high-quality and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.

• Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.

• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.

• Communicates with staff regularly.

• Anticipate scheduled special parties' needs and communicate seating needs to service, bus, and other staff.

• Responsible for training staff to ensure consistency, high levels of service, and guest satisfaction.

• Provide the type of service that exceeds guests’ expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Food Service Workers License.

• Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs.

• Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards.

• Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved.

• An ability to use tact and appropriate judgment to smooth out challenges with guests
