Automotive Cashier - Hyundai in Tacoma, Washington at Larson Motors Inc

Larson Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Cashier to join our service department team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working with people, and is interested in building a long-term career within a growing automotive group.

As the final point of contact for our service customers, this role is critical to delivering a positive and professional experience every time.

What You’ll Do

· Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

· Accurately process service and parts invoices

· Accept and record payments (cash, check, credit card)

· Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily

· Assist with basic administrative tasks and mail processing

· Provide backup reception coverage and answer incoming calls as needed

· Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Support the service team with additional duties as assigned
