Hello, we are Gwendolyn LLC, with 2 prominent restaurants in San Antonio: Kimura Ramen (at 1017 N. Flores) and Il Forno Pizzeria (Southtown SA). We are expanding our hours, so a number positions to choose from. We have need for both entry level and experienced staff. We employ a good number of students and parents, and work around their schedules. 1. Stays organized, clean, efficient, sanitary and has a good attitude

2. Keep up with a schedule of tasks

4. Complete prep duties on time and in good quality

5.Follows checklists

6.Punctual

7.Serious work ethic, accountability for your actions, integrity

8.Able to lift/push/pull heavy items 30-50 lbs

KEEPING FLOORS CLEAN

SET UP KITCHEN, OR BREAK DOWN KITCHEN (AM OR PM)

COMMUNICATE WITH TEAM TO COORDINATE PICKUPS

DAILY DEEP CLEAN TASKS

SMALL PREP ITEMS ( PEELING EGGS, CUTTING SCALLIONS,CARROTS, DAIKON ... but not limited to)
