Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) at Lyngblomsten – Saint Paul, Minnesota

About: Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center located in Saint Paul near Como Park, is in search of RNs to join our amazing family!

Responsibilities:

• Directs/coordinates/assists with provision of nursing care; facilitates the continuity of nursing activities between shifts
• Reviews resident conditions, prioritizes needs
• Serves as a resource to staff, residents, visitors, and other health care providers
• Conducts facility rounds observing for the appropriate provision of care including safety and privacy of residents, overall compliance with policies/procedures, rules/regulations, and addresses/corrects problems as indicated
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Minnesota
• Must be CPR certified
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
