Location: Gate Parkway Center – Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a motivated MRI Tech Assistant to join our Gate Parkway MRI team. This full-time role offers hands-on MRI experience, paid training, and a clear pathway for growth within the imaging field. ARRT registration is preferred but not required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build or advance a career in medical imaging.
We’re looking for a dependable, patient-focused team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn MRI from experienced technologists. Must be able to work weekends!
What You’ll Do
- Assist MRI technologists with patient prep, positioning, and exam setup
- Ensure patient safety and provide calm, compassionate care
- Support IV starts and contrast administration (with training, as needed)
- Maintain exam rooms and assist with workflow efficiency
- Train under experienced MRI technologists and grow your technical skills
- Support other imaging modalities as needed
Qualifications
- ARRT registration preferred but not required
- Healthcare or clinical experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification (required or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Willingness to learn MRI safety, protocols, and workflows
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
