This role provides the opportunity to manage and grow strategic partner relationships within the HR/HCM ecosystem, including PEOs, brokers, and compliance partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue, retention, and expansion through existing partner channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success. This position combines strategic account planning, executive engagement, and operational execution to accelerate growth and optimize partnership performance. You will serve as the primary liaison between enterprise partners and internal teams, delivering insights, influencing stakeholders, and implementing initiatives that drive measurable results. Travel is required to foster relationships and attend conferences, making this a dynamic, high-impact role for a results-driven professional.
- Own partnership relationships, revenue growth, and retention within your portfolio, acting as the key ambassador for partner accounts
- Develop and maintain executive sponsor relationships to navigate complex, multi-sponsor, multi-cycle sales processes
- Design and execute strategic account plans, including quarterly business reviews, revenue growth objectives, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, finance, legal, and engineering) to drive account-based initiatives
- Identify new revenue opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate growth within and beyond existing pricing and packaging protocols
- Lead cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes
- Provide ongoing reporting on partnership performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities to support leadership decision-making
- 7+ years of enterprise partner account management or channel sales experience, preferably in HR/HCM, PEO, or insurance broker ecosystems
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in quota-carrying roles
- Experience selling or supporting multi-solution offerings, such as payroll, benefits, compliance, or HCM platforms
- Strong executive-level communication skills, with experience presenting financial outcomes and business insights to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, MS Suite, and Confluence preferred
- Project management experience or qualifications desirable
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and team events
