Our agency is seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist who enjoys working directly with patients and is committed to providing high-quality care. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens, ensuring proper patient identification, and following laboratory and safety protocols to support accurate testing and diagnosis. You will play an important role in supporting our clinical teams and helping ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care.

Responsibilities:
- Performs patient nursing assessments including medical history collections, checking vital signs, and medical testing including TB tests, pregnancy tests, EKG tests, and influenza and covid tests.
- Administers medication to patients as ordered by the Physician including methadone and suboxone doses in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Provides patient education and health teachings relative to patient care, as directed by the Physician.
- Acts as a team player and provides ongoing support and assistance in all medical office functions.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and high-level quality care that supports whole-person treatment through integrative health services.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support certification or willing to obtain certification
