Microtrac develops leading solutions for particle characterization. Carbolite supplies high-performance laboratory ovens. Eltra enables precise elemental analysis. QATM takes care of metallographic sample preparation and hardness testing and ERWEKA is our producer of pharmaceutical testing devices.

Doing what is fun

• Support customers with troubleshooting by phone and email and perform in‑house troubleshooting and equipment repair.

• Maintain VSUS lab units and perform maintenance on customer equipment according to preventive maintenance contracts.

• Quote spare parts and help maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and end users.

• Keep a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred; alternatively, minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance/service technician in a laboratory or factory setting.

• Understand single and 3‑phase wiring; familiar with multimeter, clamp meter, basic hand tools; able to read schematics and technical drawings; basic understanding of mechanical systems.

• Experience working with a CRM and ERP system; proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
