What needs to be accomplished:

• Apprentices will be responsible for all technical tasks a Service/Install technician is expected to complete under the direction and often under the supervision of the technician. Including but not limited to Vehicle Organization, Materials and Equipment Usage Tracking, Job Site Preparations performing safety assessments.
• Post Call Quality Assurance using “Better than you found it” clean up and double-checking work.
• Developing trust based professional relationships with customers to earn their business at the decision table.
• Paperwork will be completed and turned in accordance with company policy and timelines without exception
• Forms- All forms will be completed in entirety, including all sections and signatures
• Forms include but not limited to: Performance and Safety Assessments, Job Completion and Clean up Checklists Parts Used, Warehouse checkout, Equipment checkout, Materials/Parts/Equipment orders, ETC.
• Forms may be in digital or print form
• Photos/Videos – Photos/Videos must be taken before, during, and after job to document progress. All photos will be uploaded before departing jobsite whenever possible
