Job Description:
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll assistance, cash management, inventory costing, monthly close, and financial reporting.

• Maintain general ledger and journal entries daily.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

• Manage banking, cash, and credit activities.

• Perform inventory valuation and cost tracking.

• Provide information to CPA firm for tax compliance.

• Support monthly close and reporting to owners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• 5+ years of accounting experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
