Job Description
AUTEC Car Wash Systems is growing—and we’re looking for a mechanically inclined, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Install & Configure Equipment: Set up AUTEC’s automatic car wash systems at customer sites, following technical specs and safety standards.
- Perform Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to keep systems running at peak performance.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Support Our Customers: Provide excellent service and support in the field, ensuring customer satisfaction with every visit.
- Travel Regionally: Use a company-provided service vehicle to travel to job sites—no two days are the same.
- Document & Report: Accurately complete service reports and maintain detailed maintenance records.
- Train End Users: Teach customers how to properly operate and maintain their systems.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and those around you.
What You Bring:
- Mechanical or electrical service experience (car wash equipment a plus!)
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing work
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Self-motivation and a customer-first attitude
- Willingness to travel regularly for service calls
