Candidate Qualifications
An ideal candidate would have experience with lathe and mill operations on Mori-Seiki, Mazak, or Haas equipment. Several years of CNC experience with other machinery will also be considered. If you believe you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Nine to twelve months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to three years of experience in a Quality Control function in a manufacturing environment
- Awareness of quality systems
Summary/Objective
This position produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. It involves maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping accurate records, and performing equipment maintenance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Plan machining by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans.
- Program mills and lathes by entering instructions and calculating parameters.
- Set up mills and lathes, including tool adjustments and positioning.
- Perform precision machining, including drilling, grooving, turning, and thread chasing.
- Ensure quality standards by measuring positions and sample workpieces.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to company safety procedures.
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and technical publications.
- Document actions in production and quality logs.
