MC4 Construction LLC is looking for a Fleet & Parts Coordinator to join our family-owned team in Las Vegas. We are a heavy highway and electrical contractor that keeps the city runningand we need you to keep us running.

This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who wants the best of both worlds: you won't be stuck behind a desk all day, but you won't be stuck in traffic all day either. You will split your time between running critical parts to our shop/crews and helping manage the office administration.

What You Will Do:

• Logistics: Pick up and deliver vehicle/heavy equipment parts from local vendors to our shop.
• Inventory Control: Organize the parts room and track inventory so our mechanics have what they need.
• Office Support: Assist the front office with data entry, filing, and answering phones when you aren't on a run.
• Connect the Team: Act as the bridge between the field technicians and the office staff to keep projects moving.

What We Need From You:

• Automotive Knowledge is Required: You must know the difference between an alternator and a compressor. (Previous experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, or Parts Counter rep is a huge plus).
• Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning fleet software (like Dossier).
• Drivers License: Valid NV license with a clean driving record.
• Attitude: You are organized, communicative, and willing to pitch in wherever the team needs help.
