Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise landscape maintenance crews and lead daily jobsite operations

  • Maintain plant health, mulch beds, and overall landscape appearance

  • Operate landscaping equipment including blowers, trimmers, and hedge tools

  • Ensure proper care, storage, and transport of equipment and tools

  • Communicate effectively with clients and crew members

  • Ensure team follows safety procedures and completes jobs on time

  • Train and mentor crew members to maintain high-quality standards

  • Load, unload, and drive trucks to client locations as needed

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience with crew leadership preferred

  • Knowledge of plant types, mulch applications, and seasonal care practices

  • Familiarity with commercial lawn care tools and landscape equipment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
