Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise landscape maintenance crews and lead daily jobsite operations
Maintain plant health, mulch beds, and overall landscape appearance
Operate landscaping equipment including blowers, trimmers, and hedge tools
Ensure proper care, storage, and transport of equipment and tools
Communicate effectively with clients and crew members
Ensure team follows safety procedures and completes jobs on time
Train and mentor crew members to maintain high-quality standards
Load, unload, and drive trucks to client locations as needed
3+ years of landscape maintenance experience with crew leadership preferred
Knowledge of plant types, mulch applications, and seasonal care practices
Familiarity with commercial lawn care tools and landscape equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains
Strong attention to detail and time management
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
