BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) CASEWORKER
Job Type: Full-time Position Type: 28 HoursReports to: Social Worker II Pay Rate: $26.37 to $30.22 per hour FLSA: Nonexempt hourly WSFSSH MISSION STATEMENT The mission of WSFSSH is to provide safe, affordable, senior housing that integrates compassionate property management with supportive services to enhance the independence and dignity of each resident. WSFSSH creates and preserves affordable housing while supporting the development of healthy neighborhoods.
JOB SUMMARY The Case Worker is expected to work under the guidance of the Social Worker II. They will develop 1:1 relationships with the residents which will enable them to provide a range services to the residents which enable the residents to establish and maintain safe and independent lives in the community. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain accurateand organized case files, records, and reports. Write progress notes after each resident encounter. Develop individualized service plans with residents.
