We are seeking an experienced clerical team member to add to our fast-paced medical practice as a scheduler. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, dependability, possess excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. Your duties will be scheduling appointments of various types, including office visits & procedural tests. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nursing staff and clerical staff as an integral component, assisting with the daily operations of our clinics. Departmental Orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process, as well as training on our enterprise-wide practice management system. You will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
