Friday Services is hiring a Sales Representative for our client in Asheville, NC 28806.

Shift: 1st
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour DOE
Schedule: Must be flexible to work both in-office and in the field as needed

Overview
This role requires a motivated, customer-focused individual who is comfortable handling both sales responsibilities and occasional field work. Candidates must be willing to train on-site in the field to familiarize themselves with our flooring, cleaning, and restoration processes.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Complete required field training to learn our flooring, cleaning, and restoration procedures, as well as the products and tools we use.
• Assist in the field as needed to support operational needs and ensure accurate understanding of our services.
• Travel door-to-door throughout WNC to meet with clients and prospects, deliver engaging presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our contact database.
• Provide price quotes based on accurate measurements.
• Set and monitor daily, bi-monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Regularly report sales progress to your manager.

Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and solid organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to achieve sales targets.

Willingness to work in the field as required and participate in hands-on training.
