Part-Time Orthopedic Clinical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at Orthowest – Laguna Woods, California

We are seeking a part-time Orthopedic PA or NP to join a high-volume shoulder and elbow practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment, direct patient care, and close collaboration with a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and non-operative management
• Assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
• Support clinic flow and ensure high-quality patient experience
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician on all aspects of patient care

Schedule

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexibility available with days and hours

Compensation

• Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience
• Production bonuses available
