We are currently recruiting a P&C Intern (HR Operations, International Mobility & Compensation) to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented P&C Intern to join our People & Culture team in Spain (Madrid or Sevilla). This role will primarily support HR Operations & Administration activities, International Mobility processes (visas and work permits), and Compensation & Benefits initiatives, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle management and compliance withlabor regulations within an international corporate environment.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to structured HR processes while collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • HR Operations
    Support the employee lifecycle: (employment contracts, amendments, renewals, terminations).
    Maintain employee records in our HR systems and assist with payroll data validation.
    Help track key workforce metrics and ensure compliance with international labor regulations.
  • International Mobility
    Assist in visa and work permit processes (NIE, work visas, EU Blue Card, intra-company transfers).
    Coordinate with external immigration lawyers and employees to track cases and renewal deadlines.
    Ensure compliance with international immigration regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    Support the administration of benefit programs (health insurance, meal vouchers, flexible remuneration).
    Contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation review cycles.
    Assist with reporting and employee queries on pay and benefits.

Education
  •  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience and Technical Skills

  • Strong interest in HR Operations, People
  • Administration, International Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and structured HR processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish labor law is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a must.
  • Fluent in Spanish and strong level of English (mandatory for international coordination).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
