  4. Is looking for a role with long-term growth potential
Position Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Support the setup and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
  2. Act as a key point of coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and leadership
  3. Review contracts to ensure compliance with terms, policies, and regulations
  4. Help manage project startup documentation (insurance, bonds, compliance documents, etc.)
  5. Track and maintain contract records and documentation in Viewpoint
  6. Assist with subcontract issuance, exhibits, and compliance tracking
  7. Support lien filings, notices, and project close-out documentation
  8. Work closely with Accounting and AP on compliance and payment-related items

This is a high-visibility, detail-heavy role that touches every phase of the project lifecycle
