Production Lead at Salcomp Manufacturing USA – Arlington, Texas

The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities and supporting production teams to ensure operational targets are achieved. This role serves as a key point of contact between production operators and management while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

• Lead and support a team of production operators to meet daily production schedules and output targets.
• Monitor production activities to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to production team members.
• Train new employees and assist with onboarding activities.
• Communicate production issues, updates, and performance information to supervisors or managers.
• Identify and address minor operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Assist with production documentation, shift reports, and inventory counts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate team activities and meet production deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and production tracking.

• Previous experience in a production lead, team leader, or similar role.
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Work is performed in a manufacturing or production floor environment. The position may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn when required, and adherence to safety procedures is essential.
