Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support across a range of functions, addressing technical and production-related needs.
• Contribute to cost estimation activities and support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier capabilities, ensuring alignment with technical and customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Drive Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to improve product cost and performance.
• Support machine design, prototyping, and collaboration with equipment manufacturers and internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and automation across operations.
• Monitor and analyze quoted versus actual production rates for assigned projects or customers.
• Lead assigned projects, including team coordination, execution, and full lifecycle documentation.
• Support Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities.
• Assist with engineering documentation updates, including blueprint revisions, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and Change Implementation Requests (CIRs).
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action processes for quality-related issues.
• Manage and implement process changes in alignment with operational goals.
• Participate in internal and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Research, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Adhere to established management systems, procedures, and work instructions.
• Participate in regular team and operational meetings (e.g., EOS L10).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational objectives.
• Promote and maintain workplace safety standards and practices.
• Uphold 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Complete additional assignments and special projects as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering required.
• Preferred 2-5 years of experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment.
• Support the production of cost-effective and profitable products.
• Ensure timely execution and completion of engineering projects.
• Provide clear and consistent written updates on project progress and outcomes.
