Title: Fiber Matrix Analyst

Immediate Supervisor: Fiber Matrix Supervisor/Manager, Operations Manager, VP, Owner

Position: Exempt Non-Exempt

General Job Summary:

Manage fiber schematic data.

Responsibilities

• Convert schematics from customer into splice packet for fiber splicers
• Monitor data submitted by fiber splicers for accuracy. Utilize data to compile splice matrix for customer as final splicing asbuilt
• Communicate with local coordinators throughout project builds
• Work with mapping department to update map asbuilts with changes against the initial splicing design

Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (MVR, Drug screen, and Background checks).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with fiber optics documentation, telecom backend systems, or GIS/splicing documentation platforms is preferred.
