Hourly: $24.00 - $26.00, including gratuity. Pay depends on experience.

• Welcome members by name and learn about their drink preferences.
• Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and food items with precision and care.
• Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex, and explain the menu items to customers.
• Operate our POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café area and bus tables, and wipe down surfaces, including food-handling and safety practices.
• Support food preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, or the ability to obtain shortly after hiring.
• Excellent customer service skills with a member experience-focused approach.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Club Essentials or a POS system.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Private Club experience is a plus

Additional Requirements:

1. Must be able to work standing and constant walking for a minimum period of 8 hours per day.

2. Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching are required.

3. Pull, push, move, carry, and lift at least 35 pounds of force is required.

4. Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.

Must have the ability to work in the United States unrestricted.
