This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst Customer Engagement & Power Platform in United States.

This role sits at the core of digital transformation delivery for enterprise clients using Microsoft technologies. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, structured, and build-ready requirements. The position plays a key role in ensuring successful implementations of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions by reducing ambiguity, improving scope clarity, and strengthening delivery quality. You will be heavily involved in analysis and design phases, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client expectations and technical feasibility. Working in a collaborative consulting environment, you will partner closely with architects, developers, and project managers. This is a high-impact role where precision, communication, and analytical thinking directly influence project success and client satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into structured artifacts such as user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Support Analysis & Design phases by producing build-ready backlogs aligned with approved scope and solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to validate feasibility and ensure alignment between requirements and design.
  • Own and maintain the functional backlog, ensuring clarity, traceability, and readiness for development.
  • Perform functional testing and validation to confirm delivered solutions meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support UAT preparation, issue triage, and change order or new scope definition with accurate documentation and estimation.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting, software delivery, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user story development, and backlog management using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Proven ability to produce clear, structured, and actionable documentation for technical delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: experience in consulting environments, exposure to AI/Copilot features, and participation in discovery or A&D phases.
Benefits:
  • Competitive and flexible compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
  • Fully remote work environment supporting work-life balance and autonomy.
  • Unlimited paid time off (UPTO) for flexibility and personal well-being.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options with employer contributions.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Wellness reimbursement program supporting physical and mental well-being.
  • Strong career development opportunities within a high-growth Microsoft-focused consulting environment.
  • Collaborative, people-first culture emphasizing flexibility, growth, and employee support.
