Accountabilities:
  • Engage potential customers through outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify business needs and pain points, positioning relevant solutions and qualifying opportunities from marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects within an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives and cross-functional sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and progression of opportunities.
  • Act as a knowledgeable representative of the product offering, clearly articulating value to prospects across different industries and seniority levels.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or relevant internship experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated resilience, motivation, and a competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational discipline.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement or CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, Regie AI, ZoomInfo, or SeamlessAI is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed sales teams.
