About the Role:

Responsible for the safe and effective instruction of group exercise classes for participants with varying fitness levels in a corporate setting. Enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable working as a team member.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans the overall class structure and activities.
• Provides every participant with a quality exercise class designed to enhance their health and lifestyle.
• Committed to making each workout the best.
• Clearly and effectively communicates class structure or activities.
• Runs exercise programs safely. keeping aware of participants' strengths.
• Watches for warning signs in participants and demonstrates exercise program modifications as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience: CPR/AED, Fitness Certification preferred, one year prior group exercise instruction experience.

$30 commission per class
