About This Position
At Wyze, we make smart home technology accessible to everyone. We're known for disrupting markets with high-quality, affordable products - from cameras to lighting to sensors and more. We believe technology should simplify life, not complicate it. We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data.
The Opportunity
At Wyze, we build smart technology that makes great innovation accessible to everyone. Our IT team supports over 1,000 users across global offices, manufacturing partners, and remote environments. We’re looking for a driven, curious IT Intern to join our team at our Kirkland, Washington headquarters. This is a full‑time, onsite internship (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) where you’ll work directly with our IT Lead—who oversees systems administration, operations, and service delivery for Wyze’s entire global environment. You’ll gain real‑world experience supporting a dynamic, fast‑growing tech company while helping to advance our IT automation, AI‑driven self‑service, and modernization initiatives.
What You’ll Do
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $20 – $30 per hour.
More about us: Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true. That early impact brought industry recognition from Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, PCMag, and others… all signals of momentum that helped establish Wyze as a breakout brand.
Today, Wyze is focused on its next stage of company building. We’re scaling our platform, strengthening our operating rigor, and investing for long-term growth, while staying true to the belief that everyday people deserve access to great technology. This is a phase defined less by headlines and more by execution, craft, and durable impact.
Our people are central to that work. Wyze has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built in Seattle and Seattle Business Magazine, but what matters most is the environment we’re building now: one where smart, pragmatic builders take ownership, move fast, and shape what comes next.
Come Join Us!
Benefits: Wyze has a full benefits package through Premera Blue Cross. This includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Voluntary Life Insurance, EAP, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, FSA, and Daycare FSA. Depending on the benefits package you choose, a portion of the employee and dependent premiums will be covered by Wyze.

- Assist in day‑to‑day IT operations, including device provisioning, systems monitoring, and user support, while learning best practices for modern IT management.
- Collaborate across teams to document processes, propose workflow improvements, and surface opportunities for automation or AI‑driven enhancements.
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Foundational understanding of IT systems (e.g., Windows/macOS management, identity management, SaaS tools, or network fundamentals).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Interest in automation, AI‑driven IT solutions, or cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation habits—comfortable capturing processes clearly and improving existing knowledge bases.
