We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients and internal teams through effective communication, data management, and coordination within transportation and logistics operations. Maintain detailed records of shipments, delivery statuses, and customer interactions to ensure data integrity and facilitate reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience or familiarity with transportation, GPS technology, and logistics operations.

Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to supply chain and transportation planning.

Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear written correspondence.

Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.

Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, freight management, dispatching, and fleet management practices.
