Automotive Service Porter at Ted Britt Automotive Group – Sterling, Virginia

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer vehicle intake and delivery in the service drive.
• Move and organize vehicles efficiently within dealership property.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and vehicles.
• Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred but not required.
