Description: SALES ASSOCIATES JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Associates will assist Sales Consultants in selling residential homes for the Company in the Lake Keowee plus Mountain areas of SC and NC.
Key Responsibilities of Sales Associates
1. Assist Sales Consultant.
2. Interacting with prospective purchasers.
3. Maintain expert knowledge of the product line available to prospective purchasers, price lists and unique selling propositions of the Builder.
4. Promote the brand in a positive manner at all times.
Builder has constructed three model homes for the Company to use in making sales. These three model homes are located at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs in Six Mile, The Cliffs at Mountain Park, South Carolina and The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in Arden, North Carolina. The Builder has constructed a section of the model home to serve as the sales office to be used by the Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
Sales Associates are expected and required to work outside of the model homes in order to make sales. The work Sales Associates perform outside of the model homes are a critical and indispensable part of the Sales Associates' sales efforts.
Sales Associates are expected to engage in realtor outreach on a regular and routine basis. This process requires Sales Associates to travel to the offices of realtors that are located in the Upstate of South Carolina and in the Asheville, North Carolina market.
Sales Associates are further expected to identify acceptable "on your lot" locations for new home construction. Sales Associates need to be acquainted with lots outside of the Locations, so they may suggest them to prospective purchasers who cannot afford them or who do not desire to build at the Locations.
Sales Associates will also be required to attend meetings away from the model homes on a frequent and regular basis. These meetings may take place at the Builder's construction office or at the Builder's design studio or at other locations not owned by the Company.
Sales Associates are expected to spend between 35% and 50% of their time on a weekly basis, outside of the model homes. Sales Associates shall report directly to the Broker-in-Charge.
