Senior Business Analyst at Jobgether – Spain

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering strategic product and business initiatives within a complex, multinational environment. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating high-level objectives into clear, actionable requirements that drive product evolution and operational excellence. Working in a fully remote, agile setup, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Delivery Managers to ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and business goals. This position involves working on large-scale software initiatives within the digital entertainment and gaming sector, where innovation, efficiency, and customer experience are central. You will contribute to optimizing processes, improving end-to-end solutions, and ensuring that delivered features generate measurable business value.

In this role, you will analyze business needs and translate them into structured product requirements that guide development teams and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will act as a key link between stakeholders and technical teams, enabling smooth delivery of high-value solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Managers to analyze business needs and align product roadmaps with strategic priorities
• Translate complex requirements into clear epics, user stories, and scope documentation for development teams
• Work closely with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure technical feasibility and requirement clarity
• Define priorities for both short-term sprint delivery and long-term product evolution
• Support end-to-end product delivery by identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate iteration reviews, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders and QA teams
• Act as a product ambassador, ensuring clear communication across business, technical, and customer-facing teams

You bring solid experience in business analysis or product ownership within agile software environments, ideally working on large-scale and complex projects. You are confident navigating cross-functional collaboration and translating business vision into structured delivery plans.

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles within software development environments
• Proven experience working in agile teams and delivering multiple large-scale software projects
• Strong ability to write epics, user stories, and structured business requirements
• Experience collaborating with technical teams such as developers, architects, and delivery managers
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently from high-level briefs and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on business value and customer experience
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
• Experience with web and/or mobile applications is a nice-to-have
