The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary engine for business growth, identifying and securing new large-scale paving projects. This role offers the unique chance to make a visible impact within a growing company where your success directly dictates your earning potential. You will have the autonomy to hunt for new deals and build a lucrative book of business from the ground up.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Identify and qualify new commercial and industrial leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Negotiate and close high-value paving contracts to meet and exceed aggressive growth targets.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with property managers and developers to ensure repeat business.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project scopes align with client expectations and budgets.

  • Represent the BMG Paving Inc. brand with professionalism and deep industry knowledge during site visits.

  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strategic advantage in the territory.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a "hunter" sales role or business development capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to source new leads, pitch services, and finalize contracts independently.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for high-stakes client negotiations.

  • Willingness to work onsite and travel to potential project locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience within the paving, construction, or industrial services sectors.

  • Established network of contacts within the commercial property management or facility maintenance industry.

  • Strong track record of managing long-cycle sales processes from initial contact to project hand-off.
