ACCOUNTING MANAGER at Ukiah Natural Foods – Ukiah, California

Promote and support Ukiah Natural Foods vision and mission. You will play a key roll overseeing the financial operations of Ukiah Natural Foods by ensuring all finances conform to accepted accounting principles, while providing financial information and analysis to the Board of Directors and store management. The accounting manager manages cost of goods, accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely reporting, and maintain organized financial and business records.

This is a full-time salary exempt position.

**This role has the option of being a hybrid role that combines remote flexibility with some on-site presence at the co-op**

Key Responsibilities:

*Book Keeping & Financial Management

*Accounts Payable/Receivable

*General Bookkeeping

*Record Keeping

*Department Management team of 2 bookkeepers

*Preferably two or four year degree in accounting or extraordinary prior on the job experience.

*Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

*Minimum 2 years of experience in retail cost of good accounting/bookkeeping.
