Full-time Exempt Professional

Kirkland, WA.

Salary Range: $131,000.00 To $172,250.00 Annually

We are currently seeking to add a Sr. Project Manager to our growing Land Development team.

We offer a collaborative environment where you'll contribute to all phases of development, from initial vision to final construction. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects, from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.

Self-assurance and confidence are critical to driving results, solving problems, and inspiring commitment from others, while being firm, goal-oriented, motivating, and engaging. Ultimately, this role requires the ability to act independently, handle a variety of challenges with confidence, and commit to the success of PACE while maintaining a high standard of achievement.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients’ expectations
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license
  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Excellent client service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
