This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives on field-based interaction and ensuring high standards of care and compliance for our members. As a Member Engagement Advisor, you will serve as the primary face-to-face link between our organization and our members, ensuring that plans of care are followed and documentation is pristine.
Position Overview
- Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Schedule: Flexible "Flex" Schedule (All work must be performed Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Reporting To: Satellite Office Administrator and Member Engagement Administrator
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the highest quality of care and regulatory compliance, the Member Engagement Advisor is responsible for the following:
- Member Visitation & Oversight
- Conduct monthly supervisory visits for all Delegated members to ensure plan adherence.
- Perform quarterly face-to-face visits for Directed members to ensure plan adherence.
- Administrative Documentation
- Facilitate the review and obtaining of required signatures on all relevant member paperwork.
- Ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and within established deadlines.
- Communication
- Act as a liaison between the member and the Satellite or Corporate Office.
- Promptly report any changes in member status, health, or environment to the Office Administrator and Member Engagement Administrator.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills to handle a flexible, field-based schedule.
- Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to travel to various member locations.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision while meeting all compliance benchmarks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic digital documentation and electronic signature platforms.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- This position requires frequent travel to private residences.
- Work is performed during standard business hours; no weekend or evening hours are required or permitted.
