Flumer at Wysocki Family Farms – Bancroft, Wisconsin

Wysocki Family Farms is looking for a hardworking employee to flume potatoes into our plant. What is fluming? It’s essentially using water to gently move potatoes from one spot to another. This job may require you to flume, scoop or pile potatoes carefully so we maintain a quality product.

Location

8550 Central Sands Road, Bancroft WI

Start times at 6a.m each day (Monday – Friday). Occasionally the production plants will run on Saturdays during peak season.

Physical Demands

This position requires typical physical demands for farm labor, such as walking, standing, reaching, stooping, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs routinely and working indoors and outdoors in cold, hot or wet conditions on uneven surfaces. Able to handle physical workload.

What will you need?

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience making minor equipment repairs and adjustments preferred.

Experience operating farm or heavy construction equipment preferred.

Driver’s License required with good driving record.

Strong work ethic

Strong verbal communication skills
