We’re excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our expanding clinical team. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with physicians, oversee operational infrastructure, and guide a high-performing team of Sonographers, Technical Assistants, and Nurses across Oklahoma and West Florida. Your leadership will help shape the future of care delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Leadership & Team Management
  • Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for assigned team members, including Charge Sonographers, Charge TAs, and RN leadership.
  • Act as a working manager by regularly engaging in clinical environments to support team performance and maintain awareness of clinical site dynamics.
  • Celebrate achievements, promote innovation, conduct constructive conversations, and motivate the team toward success.
  • Triage and respond swiftly to urgent clinical or operational issues to ensure service continuity and care excellence.
Training, Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Evaluate team members and job candidates as part of the hiring and performance review process.
  • Delegate to Charge Sonographers to ensure interviews, onboarding, and training are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA) processes are completed consistently, delegating execution to the Lead Trainer as appropriate.
  • Make recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance with current and anticipated regulations.
  • Maintain a balanced patient load for the clinical team while identifying opportunities for growth through clinic awareness and performance insight.
Operational Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the AVP of Clinical Services, Lead Trainer, Charge Sonographers, Resource Planning, and broader clinical staff to ensure operational and staffing needs are met.
  • Lead Charge Sonographers in the organization and oversight of daily clinical operations and program execution to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient/client satisfaction
Client & Physician Relationship Management
  • Serve as a key point of contact for physicians, clients, employees, and patients, addressing and helping to resolve any escalated concerns or issues.
  • Partner with the Client Success team to support client relationships, promote growth strategies, and contribute to goal achievement.
  • Represent the company positively through networking, relationship building, and brand advocacy.
Administrative Oversight
  • Oversee interpretation and communication of policies and procedures for staff, patients, families, and relevant agencies.
  • Support and oversee timecard and expense approvals, and manage performance support plans—delegating administrative tasks when appropriate.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • 2+ years in a management, supervisor or team lead role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships and lead and motivate the team
  • Proven track record in managing budgets while growing revenues and patient volumes
  • Big picture thinker excited to introduce fresh ideas and growth strategies.
  • Highly organized, able to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams in a healthcare or clinic setting
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration
  • Experience managing multiple providers and staff is preferred
  • Familiarity with sonography industry
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular on-site presence in clinical settings. Frequent travel throughout the assigned region is required to support team operations and maintain strong clinical engagement.
