Position Overview
A primary and immediate objective for this role is to lead Meta Power Solutions through the process of achieving ISO 9001 certification within the current calendar year.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to assist in our ISO 9001:2015 certification process and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities
Assist with ISO 9001:2015 implementation and certification project
Develop and maintain QMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records)
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits
Establish KPIs and quality objectives
Develop process maps, risk assessments, and control plans
Manage nonconformities and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with IEC and customer specifications
Train employees on QMS requirements and quality standards
Oversee calibration, inspection, and testing controls
Support supplier quality management
Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality assurance
• Proven experience implementing ISO 9001:2015 or other ISO or related standard
• Internal Auditor certification (preferred)
• Experience in transformers, switchgear, or electrical manufacturing (strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of risk-based thinking and process approach
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Windows Office skilled- Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.
