What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to residents while building meaningful relationships.
Your day may include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and restorative care programs
- Helping with meals, hydration, and nutrition
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nursing team
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each resident
- Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment

Requirements:What Makes You a Great Fit
- Current Oregon CNA license
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stay positive and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements (Real Talk) This is an active role. You’ll:
- Be on your feet, walking and assisting residents throughout your shift
- Lift/move up to ~60 lbs with proper equipment and team support
- Help residents safely transfer and move
