In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and technical expert, bridging the gap between customer business objectives and innovative research solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to guide prospects and existing clients in visualizing how advanced research tools can transform their decision-making processes. Your insights will drive platform adoption, support customer success, and directly impact revenue growth. - Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery sessions, aligning platform capabilities with customer business objectives
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and training to showcase value and drive adoption
- Create collateral, enablement materials, and content to support customer onboarding, usage, and long-term engagement
- Advise on research methodologies and best practices to guide customer strategies and implementation plans
- Drive new business growth and expansion within existing accounts by collaborating with sales teams to propose and close deals
- Serve as the customer advocate by gathering feedback, identifying needs, and informing the product roadmap
- Maintain deep expertise in the platform, staying current on features, research practices, and industry trends
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles, such as solutions consulting, customer success, or training within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to grow customer accounts and contribute to sales targets
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, user interviews, and card sorting
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for enterprise customers
- Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills for communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior executives
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and comfortable learning new software platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively across teams
