Custodian at BC US LLC – Immokalee, Florida

JOB SUMMARY

Assists in maintenance and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Daily

Sweep floors in offices/meeting room, bathrooms, break area, lab supply area

Dust/wipe down/disinfect table surfaces and handles in offices, breakroom, bathroom

Empty trash cans as needed

Restock toilet paper, paper towels, break room utensils/supplies

Ensure battery operated automatic paper towel and hand sanitizer stations are functioning (in bathrooms and at A, E, entrance to zone B, administration building dispensers)

Restock PPE in lockers rooms, zone B: locker area, quarantine A, quarantine E, hospital, lab supply area

Laundry: scrubs, bath towels, ensure adequate supply

Twice weekly

Mop floors in offices, meeting room, bathrooms, break area, lab supply area

Spray inside and outside for pests-coordinated after mopping days

Report larger pest issues to Jimmy/Yard

Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers

Weekly

Dust blinds

Check for light bulb outages, report to maintenance for replacement

Check and refill hand sanitizer stations

Sweep exterior walkways of admin buildings and remove cobwebs

Monthly basis

Clean windows

Clean light fixtures

Clean/wipe down AED cabinet

Clean Breakroom fridges, all small kitchen appliances

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to undergo fit testing for an N95 respirator mask. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Additionally, the employee must be able to distinguish colors.
