FPU seeks an experienced and collaborative professional to serve as the next Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). The VPEM will provide leadership and operational expertise for recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students. Reporting to the President, the VPEM has oversight and management of the Office of Admissions in recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students, and of the Office of Student Financial Services in overseeing financial aid administration and student accounts (including billing, account management, etc.). The VPEM will collaborate with senior leaders for marketing and new academic program development. As the University’s chief enrollment officer, the VPEM will be responsible for establishing and implementing recruitment and financial aid plans that attract and enroll students aligned with institutional priorities including discount rate management. The VPEM will also continue a strong partnership with FPU’s NCAA Division II Athletics program for student athlete recruitment and financial aid distribution.
Experience in undergraduate and graduate recruitment and student financial services-related environments is essential. The VPEM must also have experience leading and managing recruiting strategies in every modality, in achieving revenue targets, in discounting and financial aid awarding, and more. A strong analytical capacity is needed to generate data to assess effectiveness of admission and aid policies and practices. With a new Strategic business Plan in place, a major comprehensive fundraising campaign underway, and efforts to leverage strengths in specific areas, the VPEM will join the FPU community at a time of entrepreneurial focus.
