Opportunity available in the heart of Dallas
We are seeking an energetic Pediatrician to join our growing team of providers making a difference in our pediatrics healthcare. You will play a crucial role in providing integrated, comprehensive and wholistic healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents. This role focuses on promoting health, preventing disease, and managing acute and chronic illnesses while supporting the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of pediatric patients.
Location: Dallas, TX (5750 Pineland Dr., Dallas, TX)
Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:
- Work in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic with ability to work with partner facilities on inpatient procedures
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and developmental screenings
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, illnesses, and injuries
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations, well-child visits, and health education for patients and families
- Monitor growth and development, identifying and addressing any concerns early
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on nutrition, safety, disease prevention, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with other a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide education to patients regarding their health choices
What you need to succeed
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in the State of Texas or be able to obtain
- Registered and have current DEA, DPS and other such certificates to legally operate as a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtain
- Experience in a clinical setting with a diverse patient population
- Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar
- MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact in the community
