Alta Labs - the newest brand of SVT, Alta Labs is a networking company taking the space by storm with the latest in WiFi products such as access points, network switches, and more! Started only last year, this brand is already a major talking point in the networking space all over the world - competing with brands that have been established for over a decade!
This position works with both existing and new accounts to create great relationships with customers on a regular and repeated basis with the goal of fostering growth in both the account and assigned territory as you work with them.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound emails to facilitate client/customer needs worldwide, helping customers with order processing and shipments, assisting sales team and other leadership team with paperwork, and coordination with tech support to meet technical needs.
- Coordinate closely with sales to help move opportunities across the finish line.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with international distributors, partners, and internal teams.
- Track and manage order status from initiation through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
- Work hand in hand with the entire sales team to process orders from multiple warehouses including international pick ups. Confirm pricing and stock levels.
- Facilitate orders shipping from international warehouses and preparing the necessary documentation required for customs clearance.
- Provide timely responses to international clients, especially during early morning hours to align with global time zones.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, offering solutions when challenges arise.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy for all outgoing shipments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Develop product and industry knowledge (don't worry, we will train you on this),
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think both tactically and strategically
- Great listener and customer service skills
- Excellent written communication skills (clear, concise, and professional)
- Focus and drive for quality work
- Comfortable on the phone
- Comfortable with technology. Including computers, MS Office, order entry and CRM systems
- Experience with international order processing, logistics, or global sales support preferred

The pay range for this role is:
19 - 22 USD per hour(Headquarters)
