About This Position
Job Title: Line Cook
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
