Job Description Summary:
  • Greeting faculty, staff and guests to the office.
  • Scheduling appointment for staff.
  • Phone coverage.
  • Interaction with visitors to campus.
  • Distribution of mail.
  • Maintain the front office space.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Good interpersonal skills required.
Position requires interaction with staff, faculty and visitors to the office
Ability to deal with several requests at the same time.
