About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Integration & Transition Working Manager to lead acquisition integrations across multiple states from our Michigan headquarters.
This is a working manager role responsible for designing, enforcing, and executing our acquisition integration framework. You will oversee Integration Transition Specialists in other states while directly leading integrations within Michigan.
This role ensures acquisitions move from due diligence to full operational alignment under our EPIC framework — smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
What You’ll Do
Lead Acquisition Integration Strategy
- Design and maintain master acquisition Gantt timelines
- Define integration milestones and sequencing
- Ensure strict adherence to EPIC standards
- Identify risks and escalate proactively
Oversee Multi-State Integration Execution
- Manage and mentor Integration Transition Specialists in other states
- Standardize integration tools, playbooks, and reporting
- Conduct recurring integration review meetings
- Ensure national process consistency
Coordinate Shared Services (MSO)
- Align with billing, HR, IT, finance, compliance, and marketing
- Ensure shared services deliverables align with acquisition milestones
- Prevent cross-functional breakdowns
Step In When Needed
- Serve as temporary Operations Lead during high-risk transitions
- Stabilize workflows and revenue cycles
- Support leadership onboarding and handoffs
Improve & Scale the Model
- Build integration SOPs
- Refine playbooks after each acquisition
- Develop scalable transition systems
What You Bring
- 7+ years of healthcare operations experience
- Experience with multi-site or acquisition integrations
- Strong project and Gantt management capability
- Deep understanding of MSO/shared services environments
- Experience managing teams across multiple states
- Ability to travel as needed
