Pediatric Associates is seeking a Full-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our practice in North Miami Beach, FL.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time position
  • Cover multiple locations throughout Miami-Dade County including Skylake, Ives Estates, Aventura and Causeway.
  • A float position allows you the benefit of seeing how the various clinics operate and caring for different patient demographics
  • Our float clinicians help support the other clinicians by filling in for them while out on leave or PTO; allowing them to enjoy the work-life balance all of our clinicians have come to appreciate.
  • No weekend coverage - end your day at 5pm
  • No newborn rounding
  • No Call Schedule

  • Education, Licensure & Certification:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree required
  • Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
  • Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
  • Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
  • Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
